Quality Improvement Coordinator

The Australasian Society for HIV, Viral Hepatitis and Sexual Health Medicine (ASHM) is a professional, not-for-profit, member-based organisation. It supports its members, sector partners and collaborators to generate knowledge and action in clinical management and research, education, policy and advocacy in Australasia and internationally.
The Quality Improvement Coordinator plays a key role in identifying process improvements, generating buy-in and successfully implementing change at the individual and team level. You will have demonstrated experience in the review and improvement of systems, policies and procedures to improve the quality, accessibility and impact of products and services, preferably in the adult education space. With experience in project management and proficient communication skills, you will provide direction to staff, monitor implementation of the quality improvement work plan and provide summaries of quality improvement activities to management and funders.
You will have the confidence to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships at an operational and strategic level in order to collaborate to improve the delivery and impact of ASHM's education and resources. With excellent interpersonal skills, you will enjoy working in a team environment and have a proven ability to establish priorities, achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Candidates must have tertiary qualifications in business management, adult education or medical education or enrolment in the same or equivalent work experience.
